Improve "Download artifacts" section

  Should Success be lined up with the other section headers?

  What does Success indicate to the user in this context? I'm not sure I understand why it is showing up here

It's not clear whether what Success means in this case. It is the status of the latest pipeline but the UI doesn't say anything about it.
