Enable users to understand epic | sub-epic hierarchy from board with epic swimlanes applied
Release notes
TBD by Mark
Problem to solve
- How might we enable users to have better understanding of where the epic forming their swimlane falls in a larger hierarchy of epics?
User feedback:
Since we are currently evaluating Ultimate, we do have multi level epics. It would be cool if parent epics are shown in the flyout that appears when you click on the grouping epic.
Intended users
- Parker (Product Manager)
- Delaney (Development Team Lead)
- Presley (Product Designer)
- Sasha (Software Developer)
User experience goal
Users understand if the epic forming their swimlane is a child epic, parent epic, or what the ancestors are. Users understand the hierarchy in general.
