Auto-scroll active in (new) job log stays active, even when auto-scroll is not active

Problem

in the following gif, we can see that the scroll to top button is disabled.. as we already are at the top of the log. Still the auto-scroll animation in the scroll to bottom button is active... (as I previously pushed that button)

Proposal

How the job log should act:

1. When opening the job view, the job log should be default be scrolled to the bottom.
2. By default in that same sense, auto-scroll should be enabled.. thus showing the animation.
3. If the user scrolls up or pushed to "scroll to top" button.. auto-scroll should be disabled, and thus also the animation be stopped.
