Proposal
- Desired outcome: A user should be able to send an alert payload to an integration endpoint and see a corresponding Alert created
- Out of scope: Custom mappings. All alerts to HTTP Integrations should initially be treated as generic
- Things we want to ensure happen:
- Send email (if enabled); Create issue (if enabled); Auto-resolve issue (if enabled) - should be free
- Create system note (including reference to the Integration name)
