Split `scripts/trigger-build` into 2 scripts: one for triggering a pipeline, one for waiting for a pipeline
We should split scripts/trigger-build
in two scripts:
- one for triggering a pipeline => it should return the pipeline project + ID or URL
- one for waiting for a pipeline => it should take a project + pipeline ID and wait for the pipeline
This will allow to trigger the CNG-mirror pipeline in the prepare
stage, and then just wait for the pipeline in the review-deploy
job in the test
stage. That would allow to reduce the review-deploy
job duration by at least the duration of the prepare
stage.
