Not able to see tag description in mobile; text missing

Summary

Tags page of any repository is not rendered properly in mobile browsers Firefox and Firefox Klar. Might be happening in other browsers as well but didn't test. Text is truncated.

Steps to reproduce

Open any gitlab project's tags page. example page

What is the current bug behavior?

Tag description text is truncated

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should either wrap or provide a scroll behavior
