Profile page header tidy up

Problem to solve

In the user profile page header, there are a few distinctive sections. This header feels quite cluttered.

The header also takes up quite a lot of space. Much of the time when I'm visiting the profile I am looking for information that is underneath the header section.

Reduce height by changing the layout and potentially slightly re-arranging content. Figma file
