When editing labels text Prioritized Label hard to read in dark mode

Summary

When you edit the project labels and use prioritized labels, the text Prioritized Label is very hard to read.

In Epic &2902 for dark mode there is no mention about this bug and I could find it otherwise.

Note that this is not a dup of #228698 (closed). That is about the use of the labels on for instance the issue page. This is about editing the labels.

What is the current bug behavior?

Light text on light background

What is the expected correct behavior?

Light text on dark background (or the other way around)
