  I thought about having a single example per file, I think that would be useful in the future when we'll automatically parallelize QA runs (similar to how Knapsack does, it split the suite per file). I'll resolve that as a follow-up issue for now since we're not at the point where we can automatically parallelize the suite yet anyway.
