UX: Improve project CI/CD runner overview inconsistency
As a new user, I was trying for hours to add group level runner, and could not figure out why I did not see it in the left column under the specific runner that I have available. I tried many runner config options, reprovisioning it etc, but all failed endlessly.
By mere chance, I saw while scrolling beyond what I expected, that our project group runners where hiding under the shared runners.
While granted, the shared runners gitlab offers are in a sense, group runners themselves, it was a confusing spot to look for.
I think the reason of the UI inconsitent feel is, because when looking at the runners from the CI/CD page, group runners are on the same spot where specific runners are configured (where the registration token) also lives. The LEFT side. So when looking at the project, the specifc runner is still on the left side, but the group runners are now on the RIGHT side.
I suppose with gitlab-ce#48870 solved, this will be more visible and less of an issue, never the less, it is inconsistent at the moment (even while being a little logical).
