Render graphic labels in label descriptions in labels page
Problem to solve
With well constructed label descriptions, the labels display page can enable a lot of discovery of the inter-relationships of labels - for instance when using a given label requires additional labels according to the labelling methodology of the project.
It would be very visually helpful if a label referenced in the description of another label rendered with the graphical look it does in mark down and in the labels panel.
This request is only for the Labels page - not the popup hover description text.

User experience goal
Interrelationships of labels in a project or group are easier to communicate and understand if label references in descriptions render with the graphical look.
The following screen shot shows the challenge - the text ~"Linux-Deployment" is not rendering as a label, but it would be very helpful if it did.
