Surface incident Severity in the Incident List
Problem to solve
Organizing by severity is a common way for responders to prioritize the time of their team. For this reason, it is important to surface this attribute in the incident list view so that responders can sort open incidents and quickly address the critical ones.

Allow users to quickly assess the severity of Incidents.
Proposal
#229402 (closed) is for creating a new feature on Incidents called Severity. Surface this value in a column called Severity the Incident List:
Additional details
- NULL values will be shown as "unknown" in the incident list.
- When Severity is added to the list, we'd also like the severity column to be sortable. This can be a separate issue if need be!
