Feedback for Opsgenie Integration with GitLab

In %13.2 the Monitor:Health team released an MVC integration with OpsGenie for Alerts and Incident management (#220570 (closed)). The Opsgenie integration is part of a larger effort to build an incident management workflow which will aggregate alerts from many different sources, correlate data and help determine the cause of incidents.

This issue will be for gathering feedback from users on the new Opsgenie workflow.
