*This epic groups all epics that are required to move the Incident Management category from `viable` to `complete`.* ## Theme: Workflow The following sections of functionality will mature to mature Incident Management to Complete. These are the table stakes of an Incident management platform and are required for a response team to maintain services and respond to incidents. Once we build these features we will be able to compete in market. ### 1. Integrations :white_check_mark: GitLab must be able to receive alerts from any source ### 2. Alert Triage Responders must be able to view, organize, and investigate alerts in a single interface. ### 3. Incident Triage A central place to access and review incidents, making sure problems are being handled. This holistic overview would immediately offer a filterable list of open and closed incidents where the user could gain context to who is working the incident, how long it has been open, and what services are being affected without leaving the main view.
