Throughput: Table column sorting

Problem

We added a data table in #229365 (closed) which is sorted on the backend and cannot be sorted by the user.

Proposal

The table of merge requests that appears below the Throughput chart should have column headers that users can click to change the sorting of the entire table (meaning sorting considers records that are on other "pages" of the pagination):
