Credential Validation for AWS typed variables
Problem to solve
As a user deploying to AWS, I want to know that my credentials are wrong when I enter them into the system and not wait until the failed pipeline to figure this out.

User experience goal
As a user I want to know that I have a potential problem as soon as possible and not only late in the deployment stage

Further details
When we introduced #26777 (closed) we added syntax validation (which was later asked to be removed), but it would be really helpful to know in advanced if a user mis-typed or entered wrong credentials at the phase when they enter these details and not wait for an error on deployment
