Allow to filter vulnerabilities by image name on the group dashboard

Problem to solve

Following the Design conclusion of Allow Container Scanning to scan multiple container images for a single change we want improve UX when multiple images are reporting Container Scanning findings (or vulnerabilities when dashboard gets converted to standalone vulnerabilities).

Main implementation will be first achieved on the project level dashboard with #215467 (closed).

When completed we should look at what needs to be done to support this additionally at the group level.

We still need to make sure we're addressing additional challenges arising when dealing with group level. E.g. depending on the number of projects and images, the dropdown filter may contain a huge list and the component might need to be adapted accordingly.
