Update js QA test project for SAST ESLint react plugin scanner

Background

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/tests/js is a sample project for e2e tests for the ESLint scanner. It does not have any React examples. We should make sure that we're testing the ESLint react plugin.

Tasks

• Update https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/tests/js to have React examples / expectations so that we're testing the ESLint react plugin.
• Ensure that the ESLint scanner trigger tests for master and tag releases.
