Follow-up from "Docs: Minor Azure wording fix" -- Set up differences as a Vale rule

@mjang1 started a discussion: One of the seemingly inconsistent things in our industry is the use of "Sign in" for connecting to a system with an account (as shown in GitLab.com before authenticating), and "single sign-on" for authentication across multiple systems.
In other words, I should insist on (long story below)

But I'm going to accept and merge this, as you shouldn't be penalized for what seems like bikeshedding.
As background (and a reminder to myself to set up a Vale rule for this), I checked a couple of other guides:
