Create Air-gap Demo for SAST

Problem to solve

We want to be able to show our current progress on having SAST scanning work in an offline environment.

Scope

• Demo Requirements
• Demo ScoreCard
• follow the directions (suggest improvements as needed) and record the process making it available on GitLab unfiltered
• No access to public internet resources from the GitLab environment itself.
  • Access to other resources, such as a private repository in the same network, is acceptable.
• Secure features, including the docker containers for all scanners should be enabled and working within a sample project and pipeline.

Assumptions

• an air-gap installation of GitLab is already configured (should this be a separate issue and also recorded / documentation created and/or updated)

• Sales
• Users evaluating the product and interested in the progress of this work
