Ensuring dev time availability for Edge team for 9.2

I don't know how else I can communicate what I need for the next release, as projects that I work on are "satellites" and I have no dedicated devs to work on them, making the prioritization a delicate exercise.

We'll discuss how we can improve this process in another issue.

This issue is to summarize what I'd like to achieve for 9.2, grouped by project:

License.gitlab.com:

  • Remove add-ons dropdown and add Starter/Premium dropdown when creating a license manually [@oswaldo - done]
  • Move the project to GitLab.com - done

Version.gitlab.com

  • Add view that displays usage data statistics
  • Add seeds to populate the DB with usage pings
  • Format numbers displayed on Usage ping
  • Display total number of EES, EEP and CE instances
  • Move the project to GitLab.com - done

Customers.gitlab.com

  • Have a more professional, refined look for the purchase flow Taurie is going to handle that one, asked Jacob for help in FE
  • Error when customer doesn't select registered CC [@oswaldo]

EE:

  • Add usage ping data for File locking feature

Salesforce

  • Move the project to GitLab.com
  • Send usage ping to Salesforce Currently Ruben, needs confirmation by authorities
