it should be more clear if "advanced admin configuration" is applied for scheduling

during reporting this issue https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/35484 I want to raise another issue:

it was not clear that schedule is defined by "advanced admin configuration", and schedule defined by myself is not applied

such thing should be desinged in UX in some clear way
