Pipeline schedule next run at can be in the past

I've setup an example repo ( https://gitlab.com/chipitsine/gitlab-ci-example ) with gitlab-ci enabled

it turns to ...

I'm using Firefox if that matters. if someone is interested, I can provide admin rights to that repo.
