Filtered search performs unnecessary ajax request for the last filter dropdown when the query is pasted

This still needs investigation but as seen in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/30468#note_27698422, the last filter dropdown seems to perform an unnecessary ajax request. We should see if we can avoid that if we can.
