Description

Problem: Push-based deploy tags can muddy release tags.

Use Case: When using tags for push-based deployments, these tags can accidentally be synchronized to the truth repository.

Goal: Allow method for project maintainer to exclude/reject or ignore certain tags being pushed based on regex pattern.
