Create a rake task to gather support info
Description
Support routinely requests the same information from customers - logs, gitlab:check output, version, configuration (ldap), etc. It would be nice if we had a Rake task that would bundle up all of the items support might need.
Items to include:

rake gitlab:check
output - logs (all logs, or just the most recent?)
- Omnibus vs. source
- OS distro
- Which components are enabled? (Helps determine if this is HA, do they use external web server, etc)
- other?
I'm sure there are lots of things we can gather up that would be helpful. We do need to be considerate of secrets. Don't gather passwords, be transparent about what information we do grab, sanitize some of it before bundling, and maybe provide some flags so customers can opt not to send certain pieces.
