Quick action with special character on the label

Summary

Slash commands with special characters doesn't work without quotation marks. But autocomplete doesn't add quotation marks.

Steps to reproduce

Add a label which contains a special character with a slash command and its autocomplete :

/label ~test:test

or

/label ~test$test

Expected behavior

Adding the label test:test to the current issue

Actual behavior

Nothing happens

Possible fixes

• Fix the autocomplete to add quotation marks when there is a special character
• Allow the special character without quotation marks
