Add customizable charts for Analytics

Problem to solve

Users expressed interest in having customizable charts for different metrics related to their value stream. We need to ensure that while we allow for this, given this is being requested for monitor and security as well, we are somehow aligned on the way we are planning to tackle. We also cannot afford to build a full fledged BI tool.
