Project main page redirects to "Import in progress"

Summary

After running an import from a GitLab CE local instance to the GitLab EE at gilab.com, the main page for the project is stuck on "Import in progress". The import was never reported as successful, although everything in the project is in place (incl. issues and merge requests) and accessible (incl. SSH access).

The project's main page view.

Actual behavior

Redirection to the "Import in progress" view (/import).
