Track usage of cross-project pipeline dashboard

With https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/7861 we added the ability to visualize the status of pipelines across various projects and groups in a centralized way. This issue should add statistics around this feature's usage. Specific things we will be interested in is:

• Users that visit /-/operations and their source (?nav_source=)
• The lifecycle of a visit to that page on first visit: what is clicked? How often do users attempt to search for a project on the first visit? How often do users actually add a project on the first visit?
• How often do users come back to the page (unique views vs. revisits)
• What is the typical number of projects a user adds to the page?

@jeremy @tipyn @ebrinkman you all have been thinking about usage/growth statistics more than I - any other thoughts on this one?
