What does this MR do?

This merge request updates the VSCode Fork build reference in the Web IDE from v1.81.1 to v1.85.2. Before upgrading the VSCode Fork

You can test this upgrade locally by running the Web IDE using the test server yarn start:example.

NOTE Before upgrading the VSCode Fork, we tested that the newer version v1.85.2 wouldn't break the Web IDE. You can see the results of this test in Update to VSCode Fork from 1.81.1 to 1.85.2 (gitlab-web-ide-vscode-fork!71 - closed)
