Customize Web IDE remote indicator button

This MR customizes the look and behavior of the remote indicator status bar item that is shown in the bottom-left corner of the Web IDE.

We added the following actions:

• Go to GitLab
• Go to project on GitLab
• Configure a Remote connection
• Share your feedback

These commands are also available in the commands palette.
