Use VSCode Fork 1.93.1 in the Web IDE

MR: feat: update VSCode to 1.93.1 on the Web IDE (!394 - merged)

Description

After updating VSCode to version 1.93.1 in the VSCode Fork project gitlab-web-ide-vscode-fork#48 (closed), we should use the new VSCode version in the Web IDE.

Acceptance Criteria

Update vscode_version.json to point to the VSCode Fork release that contains the latest version of VSCode.
