feat: Update extensions view gl_mod with extensionsGallery check
Issue: Update VSCode Fork to receive marketplace settings (#31 - closed)
Description
- This is needed now that the Web IDE and Remote Dev can have the extensions gallery
- We want to run the default VSCode behavior in this case
