chore: Remove cloudflare worker deployment

Description

This merge request removes Cloudflare Worker functionality from the project. The changes eliminate all the code and configuration needed to deploy and run workers on Cloudflare's edge computing platform, including removing deployment scripts, configuration files, documentation, and dependencies.
