ci: use latest stable VS Code for integration tests

We started using older VS Code version for integration tests because of https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/142316#issuecomment-1033562057

The VS Code bug is fixed and released in a stable version and we can remove the "version lock" introduced in !460 (merged)
