docs: update frontmatter metadata to reflect new stage and group values

Description

Updates the stage and group metadata in the docs files to reflect the new values: devopsai clients groupdeveloper clients. Also adds the frontmatter to any docs files that were missing it.

Note: I'm not sure we have this metadata across all of the extension repos, and not sure if we want or need to. I'll leave this for @jglassman1 to think about moving forward.

  • If src/browser or src/common has been modified, please consider interoperability with the Web IDE. See Running the Extension in WebIDE.
  • Consider an end-to-end test for significant new features that aren't covered by integration tests.
