feat: synch tokens across machines

Sven Efftinge requested to merge svenefftinge/gitlab-vscode-extension:svenefftinge-main-patch-62629 into main

This makes the tokens being synched across multiple machines. That is if you work on multiple different machines or even ephemeral workspaces (i.e. Gitpod) you don't have to enter the token everytime anymore.
