Draft: chore: Start removing 'workflow' from name

Description

From a Slack conversation this morning, @dashaadu asked me to help the groupeditor extensions prepare for removing or editing the phrase GitLab Workflow in the VS Code extension. @mcorren will also want to know about this MR.

This merge request is far-reaching by design, because the name is embedded in more than just the documentation and the UI. It's also coupled with telemetry and backend tests. I expect we'll need to review each occurrence I've identified here, and for each one ask these questions:

  • Do we want to change this at all?
  • What do we want to change it to?

For some percentage of these findings, more nuance is required than a drop-in word replacement.

How has this been tested?

  • If src/browser or src/common has been modified, please consider interoperability with the Web IDE. See Running the Extension in WebIDE.
  • Consider an end-to-end test for significant new features that aren't covered by integration tests.
