Description

It updates the Language Server in the VSCode extension from v8.10.0 to v8.11.0. The main motivator for this update is releasing the following bug fix: gitlab-org/editor-extensions/gitlab-lsp!2223 (merged) that is key to resolving an ongoing incident.
