chore: remove unused integrity checks setting

Description

Removes skipIntegrityChecks setting as it is not used for the Knowledge Graph. The check is done during the install which is made by user, we don't need to have this setting on the extensions.

How has this been tested?

Extension was built and run on the desktop. All tests pass.

  • Consider an end-to-end test for significant new features that aren't covered by integration tests.
