Description

This MR updates the @gitlab-org/gitlab-lsp package from version ^8.7.0 -> ^8.8.0 . This MR also update the .npmrc file so that we can pull in @gitlab-org/duo-workflow-service which is now a required dependency of the gitlab-lsp.
