feat: Update icon for Duo Workflow

Description

This change updates the icon for the "GitLab Duo Workflow" panel in the application. The package.json file was modified to reference a new SVG icon file named "gitlab-duo-workflow.svg" instead of the previous "tanuki-ai.svg". The new SVG icon has been added to the project, featuring a pencil/edit design with decorative star elements. This is a simple visual update that changes how the GitLab Duo Workflow feature is represented in the user interface.
