refactor: remove GitService in favour of WrappedRepository

The GitService is completely removed and replaced by WrappedRepository.

The last method that we moved is fetchTrackingBranchName(). After that, we can also remove execa from production dependencies and fully rely on the VS Code Git extension to run git commands for us.
