docs: Cut Duo-related text, remove graphics

Description

Let's clean out the Duo-related items we know are duplicates of what's in the gitlab repo. This MR cuts more text out of the repo, and removes these related images:

  • docs/assets/cs-accept-keyboard-settings.png
  • docs/assets/cs-accept-line.png
  • docs/assets/issues-in-vscode.png
  • docs/assets/streaming.gif

I can send this MR out for review while I start work on the next piece of content I actually have to port over, instead of just deleting.
