feat: Introduce updated illustrations for Pending Jobs
requested to merge gitlab-community/gitlab-vscode-extension:X_Sheep/pending-job-svg-update into main
Description
This moves several images from the gitlab-svgs project to here, and updates their URLs to the new pathname.
How has this been tested?
Checkout any branch that has a pipeline with jobs that haven't started, for example in the "skipped" status.
