Description

The MR address an issue, introduced in feat(chat): correctly pick platform for chat in... (!1340 - merged) where we are missing the leading assign,ent of gitlab:chatAvailable which leads to Web IDE never showing chat (the manager.onAccountChange is never fired in the browser).
