- Remove gray background
- Remove header and footer borders
- Increase boder-radius for messages and controls

Our wrapper around `BVToast` does not allow for custom titles, making a
specific codepath unreachable within the underlying BootstrapVue
implementation. We can therefore remove that bit of code, which also
rids us of some `mr-2` Bootstrap util.
