feat(filtered_search): Implement filtered search binary token

This MR introduces important helper component for binary tokens.

This component allows creation of complex logic binary tokens, including custom values, custom loading logic, etc.

Please take a look at the entire architecture of filtered_search in !982 (merged) before reviewing
