Document how to add additional CSS class to the popover

Current popover documentation https://design.gitlab.com/components/popovers contains custom-class component property which is not available thanks to hardcoding gl-popover as custom-class.

This MR updates the documentation with clarification of css-classes and warning not to use custom-class.
